產品保養條款

1. 保養證明與條件：為享受保養服務，產品必須由指定代理商銷售。保養期從購買日起計算，客戶需保留購買收據正本及產品盒標籤作為保養服務的證明。

2. 保養範圍及豁免責任：保養服務僅適用於正常使用下的零件故障。不適用於不依說明書指示使用、人為損壞、未經授權的修理或改裝、不當電壓供應、正常磨損、產品所有權轉讓、自然災害損壞、非產品品質問題的不滿意、以及存放在不當條件下所造成的損壞。

3. 維修與更換政策：若因零件停產、缺貨或其他原因無法維修，本公司有權以功能相當的產品進行更換。所有維修或更換的零件將成為本公司的財產。

4. 維修進度查詢及取回：客戶可通過電話查詢維修進度。請於維修完成通知後的六十天內取回產品，否則將視為放棄產品所有權，本公司有權處置該產品。

Warranty Terms

1. Proof of Warranty and Conditions: To be eligible for warranty service, the product must be distributed by an authorized dealer. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, and customers must retain the original purchase receipt and product box label as proof of warranty service.

2. Warranty Coverage and Exclusions: Warranty service is only applicable for failures of parts under normal use. It does not apply to damages due to not following the instruction manual, human-caused damages, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper voltage supply, normal wear and tear, transfer of product ownership, damages caused by acts of nature or disasters, dissatisfaction not related to product quality, and damages caused by improper storage conditions.

3. Repair and Replacement Policy: If a product cannot be repaired or immediately replaced due to part discontinuation, shortage, or other reasons, the company reserves the right to replace it with a functionally equivalent model. All replaced parts will become the property of the company.

4. Repair Progress Inquiry and Collection: Customers can inquire about repair progress by phone. Products should be collected within 60 days of the repair completion notification; otherwise, it will be considered as a waiver of ownership, and the company has the right to dispose of the product.

6. Amendment to Warranty Terms: The company reserves the right to amend these warranty terms without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to make the final decision.
